About Us
Our Mission
The mission of the Clearview Library District Friends & Foundation is to serve as ambassadors for the district within the community, to secure supplemental funding for the district, and to provide, sponsor, or support programs that align with the Clearview Library District’s mission: “Cultivate curiosity. Enlighten the mind. Strengthen the community.”
The Clearview Library District Friends & Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization established to support the Clearview Library District, which serves Windsor, Severance and West Greeley. For contributions, our tax ID is 20-2813042.
Clearview Reads
Each year, Clearview Reads brings acclaimed authors and engaging literary events to our community through conversations, book signings, and shared experiences centered around storytelling. In partnership with the Kathy Murphy Speaker Series Fund, this annual event series helps connect readers of all ages through meaningful discussions and a love of literature.
Clearview Reads is brought to you by the Weld Community Foundation Kathy Murphy Speaker Series Fund.
Staff Appreciation
We believe the dedicated staff of the Clearview Library District are at the heart of our libraries. Through staff appreciation efforts, wish list support, and celebrations during National Library Week, we help recognize and support the people who make our library system welcoming, innovative, and community-focused every day.
Community Programs & Support
The Clearview Library District Friends & Foundation proudly supports programs and initiatives that expand opportunities for library patrons across Windsor, Severance, and West Greeley. From the Summer Adventure Program to special projects, educational experiences, and community events, we help provide resources that go beyond the library district’s operating budget and strengthen services for our growing community.
