The Clearview Library Friends & Foundation serves to make library experiences possible by securing supplemental funding through advocacy, fundraising, events, and community support. Since 2012 we have contributed nearly $100,000 to library programs, events, and the library community.
A $15 yearly membership helps the Friends & Foundation to assist in funding programs, author visits, literacy initiatives, summer learning, and more for our communities.

Can I pay by cash or check?
Of course! To join in person, stop by the Windsor or Severance library and pay by cash or check.
Is my membership tax deductible?
Yes. The Clearview Library District Friends & Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and memberships and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. For contributions, our tax ID is 20-2813042.
Do I have to live in the Clearview Library District (Windsor, Severance, West Greeley) to join?
Not at all. Anyone who wants to support the Clearview Library District and its mission is welcome to become a Friend.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Absolutely. A Friends membership makes a thoughtful gift for readers, library supporters, and community members who want to make a positive local impact.
How do renewals work?
Memberships are renewed annually. If you choose a recurring membership option through Zeffy, your membership will automatically renew each year unless you choose to cancel.
Where does the money go?
Membership funds directly support library programs, special events, literacy initiatives, outreach efforts, and enhancements that benefit the Clearview Library District community.
Will I receive updates as a member?
Yes. Members receive updates about Friends & Foundation activities, upcoming events, membership opportunities, and the impact their support is making in the community.
Can businesses or organizations become members?
Yes. Local businesses and organizations are welcome to support the Friends & Foundation and help strengthen library services in our community.
Do I need to volunteer?
No. Volunteering is completely optional. Many members simply choose to support the library through their membership, while others also enjoy volunteering at events and programs throughout the year.
